This past year has been a test of all of our mental health. What with a pandemic, wild fires, many personal losses, social unrest, political divides, and now record high temperatures…well, if you were immune to anxiety before this year, chances are you’ve had a bout of it by now. Even the most super human among us have had serious stress and overwhelm the last 18 months.
Please know: you are not alone! No matter what it might feel like, you are not alone. You are loved. We are here for you.
But you still might be asking yourself: what do we do?
Well, while we do have resources for when you’re feeling stressed (or when your partner is) we also know there are many other bloggers out there who also offer incredible insights anyone could benefit from. The article here is full of writers and experts who were nominated as the best anxiety bloggers; personally, Headspace and The One Minute Pause app have also been extremely helpful for me. These have helped me to train my brain to let go, and be able to rest, move forward and restore hope. I am reminded that it isn’t all on my shoulders, but I can share it with others or a higher power.
