The Art and Science of Love Workshop

Art and Science of Love Couples Conference Portland Review
Discover The Art and Science of Love at our world-renowned weekend workshop for couples created by Drs. John and Julie Gottman and see for yourself why millions of couples worldwide have benefited from the Gottman Method. Created by “the Einstein of Love” (Psychology Today), The Art and Science of Love is a two-day workshop grounded on what actually works in relationships that are happy and stable. This is a synchronous event with Q&A throughout the session, as well as private roving therapist support during each exercise time. Additionally, couples will receive a physical box set of workshop materials to further their learning by use of tangible materials.

  • 2 days filled with engaging presentations and experiential activities designed to confirm, strengthen, or restore your love
  • For couples of every age, ability, and sexual orientation
  • Shown to achieve results similar to those of 6 months of marital therapy
  • Has produced positive results for 94% of those who attend

Based on over 40 years of research with thousands of couples, The Art and Science of Love workshop will give you new insights and research-based skills that can dramatically improve the intimacy and friendship in your relationship and help you manage conflict in a healthy, positive way.

Art & Science of Love Reviews

“The Art of the Science of Love presented by Sabrina Walters delivered on all that I had wished it would be. I learned new approaches to working on conflict in my marriage and learning my spouse at a deeper level by working through the conflict. Sabrina’s presentation was down to earth and easily understood. I could tell she really cared about the subject matter and more importantly, the people who needed it. I had a wonderful time learning hard stuff. That’s the biggest praise I can give.”

“Take the leap! Don’t wait…these are basic/simple ideas that we lose over time. Keep growing; re-evaluate your relationship often.”
-Jenna E.

“This workshop was recommended by my therapist as an essential tool to repair our relationship and how we speak to/treat each other. She was not wrong! This has helped put us back on the right track- together, not parallel tracks alone. Thank you, Eric and Sabrina, for getting us pointed in the right direction and giving us the skills/tools to make the necessary repairs.”
-Carmen D.

“Sabrina and Eric are wonderful presenters with real shared life experiences and a wealth of information. We came away with many new tools to implement in our relationship. Thank you!”
