About Sabrina

A direct guide—and a steady holder of hope.

Sabrina works with couples across the relationship spectrum: partners in deep distress after infidelity, addiction, or financial conflict; couples who feel more like roommates; parents navigating family strain; and healthy partners who want a thoughtful relationship check-up.

She is grounded, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Her role is not to choose sides. Each partner matters, and so does the relationship between them. Sabrina helps create enough safety for the conversations that have become too painful, reactive, or circular to manage at home.

Her work asks for honesty, humility, and personal responsibility. Insight matters, but change becomes durable when new ways of thinking and relating are practiced beyond the counseling room.

“I am a hope monger. I will hold hope for your future until you can hold it again yourselves.”

How Sabrina helps

Serious help for relationships at meaningful crossroads.

Sabrina combines structure, relationship research, and emotional depth so couples can understand both the cycle between them and the wounds each person carries into it.

01 · Rebuild

Couples counseling

Many relationship differences do not disappear. Sabrina helps partners manage recurring conflict without contempt, defensiveness, criticism, or shutdown. At the same time, they rebuild friendship, intimacy, trust, commitment, and shared meaning.
02 · Repair

Affair recovery

Using the Atone, Attune, Attach framework, Sabrina helps establish truth and safety, understand relationship vulnerabilities without blaming the hurt partner, and gradually restore emotional and physical connection.

03 · Decide

Discernment counseling

When one partner is leaning out and the other hopes to repair, Sabrina slows the decision down. Each person examines their part and considers three paths: keep things as they are, separate, or commit to a focused six-month effort with divorce off the table.
Her approach

Inside-out healing. Practical relationship change.

Sabrina integrates relational and trauma-informed methods rather than forcing every concern into one model. Together, you define the destination, map a path, and track whether the work is creating the change you came for.

Gottman Method & Emotionally Focused Therapy

Research-backed tools help couples interrupt destructive cycles, manage perpetual differences, and strengthen emotional security, friendship, and intimacy.

EMDR & Internal Family Systems

For trauma and emotional triggers, Sabrina combines EMDR with parts work. The aim is to help the nervous system reprocess painful memories without requiring a detailed verbal retelling.

Culturally responsive care

Sabrina welcomes varied backgrounds, worldviews, and belief systems. She understands the stress of demanding careers, immigration and relocation, and blending different cultural traditions within a relationship.

Clear goals and active practice

After a thorough assessment, you identify what you want to be different. Sabrina revisits those goals and helps translate session insight into daily habits.
