2.5 Day Intensive Therapy Session

We offer couple to couple intensives for couples who are in crisis. Sabrina is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Eric is a seasoned Certified Life coach and with our unique experience of having overcome great crisis (including our own healing from an affair and major illness) we bring you hope of healing. We spend an extensive time with you (either 1.5 or 2.5 days) having several 2-3 hour sessions interspersed with activities to gain understanding, breaks, and times of rest. We do some one-on-one sessions to help understand your own journey to healing. Then in your sessions with your partner, you will learn (and practice) new communication skills, the ability to hear each other and excavate a path to healing and intimacy again.

We have protocols for healing but mainly we follow your lead and form fit the sessions to what you need. Prior to arriving you will be asked to provide a great deal of information through a few surveys and assessments. This will enable us to "hit the road running" saving a great deal of time and energy.

We also offer an Equine Assisted Therapy session which is very interactive, helping your progress go deeper, faster.
